Registering for NOVDEC: Follow these steps to apply for the WASSCE for Private Candidates. Scan fingerprints, complete data, upload photos and signature, select subjects, and pay fees.

How to Register for NOV/DEC

  1. Candidates need to scan their fingerprints, and this process can be accomplished at a local internet cafe. Here are the steps to apply for NOVDEC registration:
  2. Visit the registration website waecgh.org using a web browser, preferably Google Chrome.
  3. Choose the WASSCE for Private Candidates option.
  4. Click on START REGISTRATION HERE.
  5. Complete the required security information data, such as password, security question, etc.
  6. Fill in your personal information.
  7. Upload your picture.
  8. Obtain your signature and upload it online.
  9. Select your preferred Region and Centre for the examination.
  10. Choose the subject(s) you intend to write.
  11. Print your voucher and take it to any of the official banks for NOV/DEC registration payments (refer to the list of banks provided on the website).
  12. Pay the appropriate fees at the bank.
  13. You will use your PIN/Invoice Number to access your Index Number and Admission details.
  14. Please ensure not to share any sensitive links for security reasons.

It costs GH¢ 450.44 to register for NOV/DEC in Ghana. To register for more than 1 paper, you will be charged extra fees.
