International undergraduate students at the University of Manitoba can apply for financial aid through a programme called the International Undergraduate Student Bursary. The scholarship is awarded based on academic accomplishment and financial need, and it can pay up to 50% of the foreign student differential tuition price for the academic year.
All new and continuing international undergraduate students who have demonstrated financial need and academic achievement are eligible to apply, and each application is reviewed carefully by a selection committee.
