Introduction
KNUST Awaiting Forms are forms that allows candidates who have not yet received their results to apply for admission. This gives them the opportunity to apply for admission while awaiting their results.
How to purchase an awaiting form in KNUST
The forms which is an E-voucher can be purchased at all Ghana post regional and designated places and banks accredited by KNUST. The unique PIN and serial number found on the E-voucher will aid in applying for admission on the portal.
How to fill an awaiting form
Login with the form on the right hand side using the serial number and PIN on the voucher. Select your mode of entry and indicate the type of entry being used(i.e Post WASSCE/SSCE, Post diploma, Matured, etc). Click submit to start the application process. Fill the application form and attach a passport picture.

- Choose KNUST.
- Authorize payment.
- Receive E-Voucher via SMS.
If you lose or forget your E-Voucher, follow the step below to retrieve it.
- Dial *447*160#
- Select Forms & E-Voucher
- Enter 1 to retrieve the voucher code
- Enter transaction ID
- E-Voucher details are displayed
What is the deadline for the KNUST forms 2023/2024?
The admission process begins on June 2023, and the admission deadline is from 31 July to 31 August 2023.
