Can a Visual Art Student Do Nursing?
The truth is that students of the visual arts can apply to study nursing at a Ghanaian institution or college. However, you must keep in mind that getting into a nursing programme is extremely competitive, therefore you must have good marks.
Students who major in visual arts can study nursing at the University of Ghana.
Additionally, if they have very strong academic credentials, students of visual arts at UCC may apply to study nursing.
Students interested in nursing who are also visual artists are not admitted to KNUST.
NOTE: KNUST OFFERS HEALTH RELATED COURSES SUCH AS NURSING TO ONLY STUDENTS WITH SCIENCE BACKGROUNDS i.e. Students who read general science, home economics,etc. in SHS.
