In a landmark decision, KNUST Council has announced the reinstatement of the Junior Common Room (JCR) system of hall management. Nominations Soon To Be Opened For Hall Aspirants
The reintroduction of the JCR system marks a significant step towards empowering students in the management of their respective halls. Under this system, new executives can be elected for each traditional hall, allowing students to actively participate in shaping the living experience within their campus residences. The JCR executives, comprising a maximum of nine members who are above 1st year. They will be responsible for promoting the welfare and interests of their fellow hallmates.
One notable aspect of the new directive is that only first-year students will be eligible to be elected as floor representatives. SRC Week And Morale Banned

The ban on SRC week celebration, Hall Week Celebration, and entertainment activities on campus will continue to be enforced.
