  • Transcript with
  • NMC certificate
  • NMC PIN
  • Birth certificate
  • WASSCE/SSSCE

3. Enrolled Nurses` (POST HAC/NAC TOP-UP) Applicants:

  • Transcript with
  • NMC certificate
  • NMC AIN
  • Birth certificate
  • WASSCE/SSSCE
  • Participate and pass a six-week access course with the school.

Qualified candidates are welcome to apply for admission into any one of the Public Health Training Institutions (PHTI) in Ghana. Applicants must purchase application codes at any branch of the Ghana Commercial Bank or Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), for a fee of two hundred Ghana Cedis (200.00).
